How long will you hold on to my letters and messages?
You can schedule your Forever Letter for up to 2 years. Once your scheduled date arrives, we will deliver your message to the chosen recipient. Once sent, your message will be permanently removed from our system.
Should I tell my loved ones that a letter or message will be delivered to them?
There are endless reasons for leaving someone a Forever Letter. The decision to let your loved ones know depends on your specific message and how important it is to you to let them know. While some may let their loved ones know, others may want this to be the ultimate surprise. The choice is really up to you. We can tell you that for the recipient who is unaware, this will be priceless!
Is there a limit on how many letters or messages I can send out?
There is no limit to how many messages or letters you can send out. Forever Letter has several packages to make your decision an easy one.
Will I be able to edit my letter or voice message even after I have finished it?
Unfortunately, once your letter or voice message has been submitted you will not be able to change it. You can however change the delivery date. If you do need to edit your letter or voice message after it has been submitted, please give us a call at 833-323-3434 and we can help with the process.

What happens if I leave the wrong address?
It is extremely important to verify the address of the recipient. While we are not responsible for an incorrect address, we will try everything in our power to track down the recipient of the letter or message using various people search programs that Forever Letter is enrolled with.
Can I cancel my letter or message after I have already written and scheduled it to go out for delivery?
Yes, you can cancel your message at any time. Unfortunately, if you cancel after you have already finalized your final print there will be a $40 cancellation fee for the work that has already been done.
